Tender Support
The single most common reason a competent contractor loses a bid is an incomplete file. We build the submission the way an evaluation committee reads it.
Overview
Evaluation committees do not begin by assessing whether you are the best contractor. They begin by checking whether your file is complete. A missing registration renewal, an unsigned schedule, a bid security with the wrong validity period — any one of these ends the assessment before your price is ever opened.
We compile submissions in the order and format the evaluation follows: every eligibility document current, every form signed and sealed, every technical schedule cross-referenced, every page indexed. Then a second engineer who did not build the file checks it against the instructions to bidders, clause by clause, before anything is uploaded or sealed.
Scope
Every element below is covered as standard. Anything outside it is quoted separately and agreed before we begin.
Registration, tax clearance, VAT, audited accounts, similar-works experience and financial capacity assembled and validity-checked.
Every form in the bidding document completed, cross-referenced and prepared for signature and seal.
Format, amount, validity period and issuing bank checked against the requirement, with the expiry tracked to submission date.
JV agreements, power of attorney, responsibility splits and combined qualification schedules prepared to the required format.
Every addendum tracked and incorporated, and clarification requests drafted and lodged within the permitted window.
An independent clause-by-clause verification against the instructions to bidders before the file is finalised.
Our Approach
01
Two engineers, one of whom did not build the file. This single control is why our submissions are rejected on documentation grounds so rarely.
02
After two or three submissions your standing documents are organised, current and reusable — the fourth tender takes a fraction of the time.
03
We schedule backwards from the closing time with a buffer for the portal and the printer. We do not submit at the last hour.

A bidding document, a contract, a stalled bill, a stack of unrecorded measurements — whatever the position, a senior engineer will review it and come back within one working day with a written assessment, a timeline and a fixed price. There is no charge for this and nothing to sign.
