Deployment typically takes days rather than months. Every person we place is supported remotely by our Kathmandu technical desk, so a site engineer is never solving an unfamiliar detail alone.

We replace them. There is a defined review period in every deployment agreement, and the replacement cost is ours, not yours.
Yes — that is the normal arrangement. They report to your project manager and follow your procedures, while we handle contracting, payroll and technical backing.
