Why this matters on your contract
A programme has two jobs. The first is to sequence the work so resources arrive when they are needed. The second, which most contractors discover too late, is to serve as the evidential baseline for every time-related claim on the contract. A programme built carelessly fails at both.
We build baselines that reflect real productivity, real access constraints and real procurement lead times — then maintain them so that when a delay event occurs, the impact can be demonstrated rather than argued. Resource and cost loading
Labour, plant and material histograms with cash flow curves, used to test whether the programme is physically achievable.
Method statements
Written construction methodology for critical or high-risk activities, suitable for client submission and site briefing.
Progress updating and reporting
Periodic updates against baseline with variance analysis, recovery options and a short narrative anyone can read.
Delay and disruption analysis
As-planned versus as-built and time-impact analysis prepared to a standard that supports formal claim submission.
