Why this matters on your contract
Supervision exists to close the gap between what was approved and what gets built. That gap opens quietly — a substitution nobody recorded, a cover depth that drifted, a compaction layer that went in thicker than specified. Each is small on the day and expensive at handover.
Our supervision service places engineers on site with a defined inspection regime, a recording standard and a reporting line. They witness the tests, verify line and level against the drawings, record what was built and raise deviation immediately rather than noting it for a monthly report nobody reads in time.

Scope
What the service includes
Every element below is covered as standard. Anything outside it is quoted separately and agreed before we begin.
Material test witnessing
Attendance at cube sampling, compaction testing and gradation testing, with results verified against specification.
Level and line verification
Independent checking of setting out, formation levels and structural positions before work is covered.
Safety observation
Recording of site safety conditions and unsafe practice, reported to your management for action.
Progress recording
Daily record of labour, plant, weather, work executed and events — the contemporaneous record every future claim depends on.
Non-conformance management
Deviation raised, tracked and closed out with evidence of rectification.

A deviation reported the day it happens can be corrected. The same deviation reported monthly has already been built over.

Covered work is verified first
Reinforcement, formation and buried services are checked and photographed before concealment, without exception.

Our reporting format is designed by the team that prepares claims, so the record is already in the form a claim will need.

Either. Full-time resident supervision suits active sites with continuous work fronts; periodic inspection at defined hold points is more economical on slower or smaller contracts. We will recommend honestly which your project needs.
It is reported immediately to whoever engaged us, in writing, with evidence. We do not hold findings back or soften them, which is the only basis on which supervision has any value.
